What counts as a page
A page is one sheet up to A3. Larger sheets count by size.

- 02Compare uses the pages of both versions.
- 03Reading the same file again is free, and so is anything that failed on our side.
We show the page count of each file before we read it.

Beyond your pages
Never blocked mid-job. Never surprised.
- Extra pages are charged per page on the same invoice, up to a monthly cap you set.
- The default cap is half the plan fee. A cap of €0 means a fixed invoice: uploads stop at your included pages.
- We alert you at 80% and 100% of your pages and of your cap.
- At the cap, your own uploads pause until the next period. Work a supplier does inside your request continues for up to 10% more pages, so nobody is blocked mid-change.
Moving up pays off at about 116 pages a month on Starter, 539 on Professional and 1,871 on Business. There are no top-up packs.

Who pays when I send a request to a supplier?
You do. Whoever owns a request or a comparison pays for the pages read in it, including the pages your supplier reads inside it.
Do my suppliers need a plan?
No. A supplier working in your request pays nothing and needs no plan. They join as a guest.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Invite your employees and contractors as members; other companies join as guests.
How do I cancel?
Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. After cancelling you have 30 days to download everything; then your data and your key are destroyed.
Who sends the invoice?
Paddle, our reseller. Paddle invoices you and handles VAT. Extra pages appear on the same invoice as your plan.
