Subprocessors

Last updated 5 October 2026.

These are the companies that process personal data for Werk24 when we provide the service to our customers, as the data processing agreement describes. We tell customers at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts, by e-mail to the address of their account and on this page, and a customer may object (data processing agreement, section 6).

Who is not a subprocessor

  • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) sells our paid plans as reseller and merchant of record. It processes payment data as an independent controller, under its own privacy notice.
  • The makers of the language models we use on Amazon Bedrock, such as Anthropic, Amazon and Qwen. The models run inside AWS, and their makers receive no data. AWS does not use what Werk24 sends to Bedrock to train models.
  • Amazon Textract reads text as part of the AWS service above.
