Werk24 demo terms
The Werk24 demo reads an engineering drawing you upload and shows you what Werk24 found on it. This page says what happens to the drawing and to what you tell us, who sees it and how long it is kept. The demo is run by W24 Service GmbH, Munich, Germany. Our fullprivacy policy applies as well.
What you agree to
- You may upload the drawing: it is yours, or you are allowed to share it with us for this purpose.
- The demo is free and offered as it is, to try Werk24 on your own drawings. Its results are generated by AI and can be wrong. Do not use them to make or accept parts.
- Up to 10 drawings a day from one network. From the second drawing of the day we ask for your email address, and the result opens with a code we mail to it.
What happens to your drawing
- It is read by Werk24 on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1).
- The Werk24 team is told about every demo upload and may look at the drawing and the result, to see how well the reader did and to improve it.
- We do not sell or publish your drawing, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Werk24 and the hosting providers that run the service for us.
How long each part is kept

| Our log of demo uploads: the file name, type, size and pages, the country you uploaded from (not your IP address), when, how the read ended, and, once you confirm an address, that address and your answers | Kept as our record of how the demo is used and of your consent. Deleted when you ask. |

Your email address
- We mail you the code that opens your result, and the result link if you ask for it. That is all we use it for, unless you also tick "Werk24 may contact me".
- If you tick it, someone from Werk24 may write to you about your drawings and how Werk24 could read them for you. You can withdraw that at any time, by replying to any of our mails or writing to privacy@werk24.io.
- We keep a record of what you agreed to, which version of this page, and when you confirmed your address, as proof of your consent, in our log of demo uploads. It is kept while we rely on it and deleted when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority. Write to privacy@werk24.io.
